DOE updates solid-state lighting R&D plan 2020 light efficiency over 200lm/W

China's semiconductor lighting network translation US Department of Energy released the March 2010 version of the solid-state lighting (SSL) multi-year research and development project plan (MYPP).

MYPP introduces the SSL plan that the US Department of Energy plans to implement in the next few years. DOE's latest R&D progress is also partially offset from the previously announced R&D program in technical research and development projects, so this update is based on existing progress to adjust future R&D plans.

The plan seeks to identify areas that need financial support in the short term and to clarify the scope and content of each work.
