This is an obvious and natural fact. Look at the world's leading sapphire manufacturers, who use KY (bubble method). I believe that this method or other methods based on KY (bubble method), regardless of its naming, will be used to produce high quality (low defect) sapphire.
It must be noted that due to the unique material of sapphire, the production has high complexity and high technical requirements. Many companies are trying to engage in production when sapphire is at a high price, but all of this is an influx of “a swarm of beesâ€, and as such, a small number of these manufacturers are profitable in the market.
The manufacturing of this industry definitely takes time and serious attitude. It is not feasible to quickly invest in a hot market and make a profit. But it is not completely impossible. I hereby reiterate that this is a high-tech industry and that it must be highly professional if it is to be engaged. This is the only way to get 100% positive results. Be aware that the technical requirements must be 100%, even if you just ignore 1 percentage point, you can't get 100% of the expected results.
The process of crystal growth itself takes a long time, which is its physical properties, and it takes time to master the crystal growth technology. For example, 60 kilograms of sapphire crystals take 200 hours to grow, and the total process takes 15 days. Patience and professionalism are necessary. Therefore, it is necessary to understand that the production of sapphire is not "get rich overnight". Today, after buying equipment to install, it begins to lay golden eggs.
