3 Bidder qualification prequalification requirements

1) Must be a manufacturing enterprise that is legally established, registered, has independent legal personality, and has a contractual equipment design, manufacturing (production) license.

2) With a perfect quality assurance system, it must hold the ISO9000 series of certificates issued by the national accredited institutions or equivalent quality assurance system certification;

3) Bidder qualification: The bidder shall have 5 years of experience in equipment production and management of tender equipment in China, more than 2 years of safe and stable operation performance at home and abroad, possess equipment production and installation license, pass relevant industry certification, and comply with the national mandatory Standard requirements; registered capital of air-conditioning manufacturing enterprises is not less than 50 million yuan.

4) In the last three years, no bad behaviors such as fraudulent bid winning and serious breach of contract have occurred;

5) With good bank credit and business reputation, not being ordered to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen, and bankruptcy, and economic behavior has not been prosecuted in the past three years;

6) The business is in good condition and has been profitable for more than two consecutive years;

7) There are no equipment quality accidents and customer complaints in the past three years.
