Maxim introduced the MAX13171E multi-protocol data transceiver, the MAX13173E multi-protocol clock transceiver, and the MAX13175E multi-protocol termination IC. The multi-protocol transceiver chipset composed of these three devices can support V.28 (RS-232), V.10 / V.11 (RS-449 / V.36, RS-530, RS-530A, X.21 ) And V.35 agreement. The chipset uses Maxim's next-generation BiCMOS process and is a pin-compatible upgrade product for the MXL1543B / MXL1544 / MXL1344 chipset.
