LED TV orders return to the Jiajia 2012 Q1 off season is not light
LED heat-dissipating aluminum substrate factory Jia total revenue of NT$102 million in December last year, with a monthly growth rate of 43.6% and an annual growth rate of 59%, setting a new high in nearly nine months. Looking forward to the first quarter of this year, Mr. Jia said that the sales of LED TV terminal market have achieved good results, and the strength of the client to replenish inventory is quite warm and will continue into the first quarter of this year.
In recent years, Jia has been actively cultivating the LED heat-dissipating aluminum substrate market. Last year, the annual revenue was NT$964 million, an annual growth rate of 3.14%. From the fourth quarter of operation observation, the October revenue came to the current year with 65.2 million yuan. At the bottom of the valley, the December revenue hit up to NT$102 million, with a monthly growth rate of 43.6% and an annual growth rate of 59%. The fourth quarter revenue was 228 million yuan, a decrease of 2.2% from the previous quarter.
At present, Jia Zong mainly uses LED heat-dissipating aluminum substrate as the main product, accounting for 60-70% of the total, and is mainly used in LED TV. The terminal customers include AUO and Chi Mei. After the weak demand for TV last year, Jia’s orders were also affected. However, since the middle of the fourth quarter of last year, it has begun to clearly feel the customer’s demand.
Jia Jia pointed out that although entering the traditional off-season in the first quarter, the client's pulling action is still quite hot, and the strength of replenishing inventory is not diminished, so the outlook for the first quarter is not bearish.
