Atom N2800/N2600 are manufactured using 32nm process, 437-ball FCBGA 22 x 22mm package (as is the Atom D2000 series), power state support C0-C6 (Desktop version C0-C1), core temperature range 0-70 °C, Tj Temperature range 0-90°C.
