Ivy Bridge Releases Up to $1096 Around April 8

Reliable sources from Taiwanese PC makers stated that Intel plans to officially release a new generation of 22nm Ivy Bridge processors around April 8, 2012. The first batch includes 25 different models, of which 17 are for desktops and 8 are for notebooks and ultra. There are 12 chipsets, half of the desktop and notebook.

The desktop version includes Core i7-3770K/3770/3770S/3770T, Core i5-3570/3550/3450, the price ranges from 184 US dollars to 332 US dollars, dual-core energy-saving version Core i5-3470T will follow in May, the price is $184.

The mobile version of the first four core Core i7-3920QM/3820QM/3720QM, the price was 1096 US dollars, 568 US dollars, 378 US dollars, more expensive than the desktop version is outrageous.

The dual-core Core i5-3520M/3360M/3320M and ultra-low-voltage versions of the Core i7-3667U and Core i5-3427U for Ultrabooks will be introduced later.

For the chipset, Z77, H77, Z75, and B75 were first launched on the desktop, and the quotes were 48, 43, 40, and 37 US dollars respectively; on the 13th of May, the business versions of Q77 and Q75 were added, and the quotes were 44 and 40 US dollars respectively.
