Qinshang Optoelectronics teamed up with Tsinghua to accelerate the development of industry, university and research

Recently, LED leading company Dongguan Qinshang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. cooperated with Tsinghua University to achieve rapid development of industry, education and research. The two companies jointly established the Guangdong Semiconductor Lighting Technology and Application Engineering Technology Research and Development Center, Guangdong Enterprise Technology Center, and Dongguan Semiconductor Lighting Technology. Research Institute, Dongguan Key Laboratory, and National Key Laboratory of Integrated Optoelectronics, Tsinghua University.

In the just-concluded China LED industry annual evaluation, Qinshang Optoelectronics won the China LED Application Engineering Excellence Award for its unique technology, product, R&D and application promotion advantages. The technology and product application of Qinshang Optoelectronics LED has covered outdoor lighting, indoor lighting, rail transit lighting, headlight lighting, landscape lighting, display screens and entering the art of light art.

According to reports, in the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China, Qinshang Optoelectronics built a large LED display system in Tiananmen Square. The system is 50 meters wide and 7.5 meters high, with a full screen resolution of 3072×320, enabling remote synchronization control and high-definition digital display. Its horizontal 3072 pixels is by far the most square LED display in the world. As a large-scale LED display, from design, processing to production, LED pixel materials and key components are selected domestic products, core technology domestic independent research and development, the main technical performance has reached the international advanced level of similar products.

In the field of art lighting, Qinshang Optoelectronics cooperates with Tsinghua University and its unique creative lighting scheme realizes the sublimation of urban culture. At the same time, combined with high-efficiency and energy-saving semiconductor products, the contradiction between urban “靓” and energy consumption is solved. For example, the application of LED lighting in the city can save more than 70% of electricity than the ordinary lighting design.
