With the replacement of traditional high-pressure sodium lamps by LED street lamps in the industry, street lamps have gradually become the lighting fixtures that people are used to in highways, streets, parks and communities. The main focus of this paper is on the design of LED driver power supply for system nodes in urban intelligent lighting management systems, especially terminal luminaires.

EMC (Contracted Energy Management) is an application program or business operation mode promoted by the National Development and Reform Commission for the purpose of improving terminal energy efficiency in urban public lighting. Energy conservation companies provide energy audit, project design, project financing, and equipment procurement for the owner. , a set of energy-saving services such as engineering construction, equipment installation and commissioning, personnel training, energy saving confirmation and guarantee, recovering investment and making profits from the energy-saving benefits obtained by customers after energy-saving renovation. How can energy companies maximize their profits? The answer is that the following three points must be met on the premise of meeting the lighting needs: (1) reducing the power consumption of the single lamp, improving the efficiency of the lamp, and reducing the power consumption; (2) improving the life of the lamp, reducing the failure rate of the lamp, and reducing the replacement period of the lamp. (3) Intelligent management, effectively preventing the occurrence of fault conditions that are contrary to the energy-saving goal and reducing maintenance costs.

To achieve the above objectives, several requirements are put forward as the driving power source for the terminal node: stable and efficient, long-life, universal communication interface and protocol. In this way, the design of intelligent drive power with communication interface is gradually on the agenda.

At present, the network architecture of the LED street lamp intelligent management system has been relatively clear in recent years. The centralized controller to the central office communication uses GPRS/CDMA, relying on the existing network platform. The concentrators to streetlight terminals are still divided, some prefer wireless short-wave ZIGBEE mode, and more of them tend to low-voltage power carrier or PLC mode. The design of the driving power supply in this paper is based on the low-level power carrier scheme.

The power circuit part of this power supply still uses the traditional two-pole structure, the output power is 250W, the constant current output is single 2100mA, and the output voltage is 60-120V. The following is a detailed description of the entire design.

Considering the output power level of the PFC link and the overall machine efficiency at high voltage input, the CCMPFC based on the traditional multiplier architecture controlled by DSP is selected, and this part adopts a digital solution. The model selection of the DSP is MC56F8013, the 56F8000 series uses a 56800E core; the Flash capacity is 16K; there is a 4K byte random access memory, which can be used as both random access memory and data memory; on-chip Flash encryption Function; no external crystal oscillator, internal relaxation oscillator; timer and PWM clock frequency up to 96M; module has 6 signal outputs, and 4 programmable fault signal outputs; there are two 12-bit ADCs, There are 8 inputs, PWM and ADC can be synchronized; there are 4 16-bit general-purpose programmable timers; there is also serial asynchronous communication interface, serial synchronous communication interface; minimum power consumption is less than 60mA, the minimum power consumption is 0.026mA No external hardware emulator required.
