3. Eligibility requirements of applicants

(3) Applicants should have at least one similar safety and environmental protection label project implementation performance in the past three years.

(4) Financial status: The company's financial and credit standing in the past three years are in good condition and there is sufficient liquidity to invest in the implementation of this contract to meet the needs of the project.

(5) Construction equipment: The construction and transportation equipment that can be used for the installation, cutting and welding of this contract are in good condition, and can fully meet the construction operation requirements of this contract project in quantity and variety.

(6) Project Leader: The person in charge of the project that is responsible for the construction of this project must have 2 or more similar projects.

(7) Other major management and technical personnel: Other major management and technical personnel (referring to the person in charge of the secondary department and above and the technical responsible person of the key project) who intend to invest in this contract shall have rich construction or management experience. , quantity and qualifications shall meet the requirements for construction or construction management of this project.

(8) The applicant has no bad records in other projects in the past 5 years and the social reputation is good.

(9) This prequalification does not accept applications for prequalification of consortium.

(10) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or managing relationship and may not participate in the prequalification application for the same tender item or the same tender item without the same tender item.
