Portable luminare: A luminaire that can be moved from one location to another when the luminaire is in normal use. Portable luminare for children: Under normal use, the luminaire can be moved from one place to another, and the luminaire design provides more safety than GB7000.11 portable universal Lighting. Portable luminaires for children are designed for children who may not have proper person supervision when using them.

According to the definition of GB7000.4, the following conditions are not for children's lamps:

1. Not specifically designed for children, such as:
- removable luminaires that are placed in temporary decorative structures as additional decorative elements for festive or celebration purposes;
- lamps designed for adults or apparently for adults;

2. Toys or similar toy products, such as:
- toys;
- A luminaire with a two-dimensional figure of a person or animal (styling or graphics) on a movable hood.

3. Lamps that may be unsafe due to power sources, such as - battery-powered fixtures or fixtures that are not directly connected to the mains;

4. Low illumination background fixtures such as:
- A low-light background luminaire incorporating a plug, for example, an integral part of an insertion device, related products such as a night light.
