It is estimated that the 117-inch LED street lamp will save nearly 120,000 kWh a year, which is more than 60% energy-saving than ordinary high-pressure sodium lamps, and its service life is 10 times longer.
These 120W LED street lights are produced by Jiangsu Guoxing Electric Co., Ltd. According to the general manager of the company, Jiang Guoliang, the brightness of the street lights can be set according to different time periods, and the brightness levels of 100%, 75%, 67%, 50% can be set in the file. .
The initial purchase cost of high-power LED street lamps is relatively high, about 23 times that of traditional street lamps. But in the long run, the advantages are obvious. Jiang Guoliang said that the traditional street lamps use high-pressure sodium lamps, and the overall low light efficiency has caused huge waste of energy. High-power LED street lamps have the advantages of high efficiency, safety, energy saving, environmental protection, long life, fast response, high color rendering index, and low maintenance costs.
It is understood that Changzhou City will build more LED energy-saving lamps and lighting street after the first LED energy-saving lighting demonstration street is built in Qianzhai East Road.
