3. Time for the issuance of tenders: November 11 to November 19, 2008.

7. Qualification requirements:
(1) The bidder has the qualification of independent legal person, and the registered capital in China is 3 million yuan (including 3 million yuan);
(2) Carrying the original business license, tax registration certificate (national tax, local tax), legal person organization code certificate, etc. of the enterprise legal person at the bidding site;
(3) The bidder shall provide the original bidding authorization of the manufacturer of the product to be invested.
(4) Have ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification;
(5) The circuit staff shall hold the professional qualification certificate certified by the Labor and Social Security Department of the People's Republic of China.
(6) The bidder has the qualification for architectural decoration and decoration engineering design.
