Tsinghua University and Arctic Haotian cooperate to develop LED production project to be put into production in May next year

The high-power LED production project with independent intellectual property rights, jointly developed by the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Optoelectronics of Tsinghua University and the Jiangsu private company Arctic Haotian Technology Co., Ltd., started construction in Yixing, Jiangsu Province, and the first phase of the project will be put into operation in May next year.

Arctic Haotian Technology Co., Ltd. introduced that this patented technology is to produce blue light-emitting diodes on a yellow light-emitting substrate to achieve white light illumination technology, unlike the traditional white light technology. For the first time, it broke the monopoly of patent technology in China in this field. And can be large-scale promotion of production in the country.
