This bidding is the curtain wall glare lighting project of OCC Control Center of Chengdu Metro Line 1 Phase 1 project (tender number: 1DTZB178-2009-002, please refer to this bidding document for details).
3 Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bidder requires the bidder to have:
3.1.1 Qualified as an independent corporate legal person.
3.1.2 Bidders must have the qualifications of Grade 3 and above for urban and road lighting professional contracting and building intelligent professional contracting level and above. If the bidder does not have the building intelligent professional contracting level, the LED display part must be Entrusting units with building intelligent professional contracting level and above qualifications.
3.1.3 Bidders have at least 2 construction projects with a total cost of more than 2 million yuan for a single project of public building curtain wall glare lighting project since 2006, and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment and funds.
3.1.4 There has been no continuous loss in the financial position in the past three years (2005-2007).
3.1.5 The bidder is not in the period of banned by the government market where the project is located.
3.1.6 The project manager requires a project manager certificate issued by the Ministry of Construction and a project manager certificate of the same level or above and a similar project manager.
3.1.7 The legal representative is the same person; the parent company and its wholly-owned subsidiary; the parent company and its holding company (directly or indirectly holding no less than 30%); and the same legal person directly or indirectly holding not less than 30% of the two One or more legal persons may not bid in this bidding section at the same time.

4 Acquisition of bidding documents
