Taiwan factory director Hua plans to raise 500 million Taiwan dollars to expand LED lead frame
The company expects to invest 1 billion yuan in capital expenditure for LED leadframes this year and next year. After the expansion is completed, LED leadframe shipments will be 70 KK (70 million units). / month, grow to 2000KK (equivalent to 2 billion) / month. In addition, Changhua also said that in fact, this year and next year, the subsidiaries that produce peripheral parts for mobile phones will continue to expand their production, and the temporary estimate will also be invested in about two billion yuan in the next two years. After the expansion is expected, the production capacity of æ¿ çŽ® will also double.
Changhua pointed out that the current production capacity of the company's LED lead frame can be said to be fully loaded, and there is no inventory, so it is currently in full swing.
It is understood that Changhua's revenue from LED lead frame in April is about 20 million yuan, and it is expected to continue to climb to 3,000 to 35 million yuan in May. The legal person estimates that Changhua’s single-month revenue from LED lead frames is expected to exceed 100 million yuan since Q4 this year. As this part of the profit is better, once the shipment is high, the overall profit of Changhua will also be favorable.
Changhua's current LED lead frame application is still dominated by backlights, accounting for 90%, and lighting accounts for 10%. Existing customers are concentrated in a few LED packaging factories in Taiwan, but it is expected that Q3~Q4 will be certified by more Taiwan LED packaging factories, and the customer source is expected to be more dispersed.
