This display uses the "Jaws" outdoor ultra-thin cast aluminum box, and its unique advantages are as follows:
1. The automatic air circulation and heat dissipation system inside the box has obtained national patents, efficient heat dissipation, energy saving and environmental protection.
2, outdoor waterproof aluminum cast box, set light and ultra-thin in one, the maximum thickness of 80mm, weighing only 13.5kg, can be used to lift the way to support fast loading and unloading, high refresh, high gray level.
3, before and after the waterproof level reached IP65.
4, high flatness, die-casting aluminum body formed by the mold, the box size is strictly controlled, the flatness is very good, can effectively reduce the box splicing gap.
5. The die-casting aluminum box has high die-casting efficiency and can basically realize mechanized operation, greatly shortening the production cycle.
Flex-Rigid PCB Assembly = Flex-Rigid Printed Circuit Board Assembly, which means the PCB Board is Flex-Rigid PCB . For rigid-flex PCB , normally, the flex area is just taken as flex cables to connect the rigid PCB areas and only rigid area be mounted with electronic components. Zhongfeng would manufacture the PCB boards follow the design file, source the components follow the BOM file and do the PCB Assembly job follow the assembly drawing and the pick&place file. After PCB assembly done, the components would be mounted on the PCB boards tightly and connected each other through the copper circuits. We call such board as PCBA board or flex-rigid PCBA board.
