3. Bidder qualification requirements:
(1) It has the ability to independently bear civil liability, abide by relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and can provide enterprise legal persons who purchase genuine products this time. The registered capital is more than 10 million yuan, and it has relevant business scope;
(2) Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
(3) Have the equipment and professional technical skills necessary to perform the contract;
(4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
(5) There were no major illegal records in the business activities;
