Condition: The output signal of the transmitter is 0-10V, the corresponding pressure is 0-400MPa; the analog input range of CP1H is set to 0-10V, and the resolution is 6000.
Purpose: Use the SCL instruction to scale the 0-6000 (BIN) of the analog converted data to 0-400 MPa (BCD) display output.
The procedure is as follows:


Result: After the program is executed, the pressure value of 0-6000 (BIN) can be converted to 0-400 (BCD).
Note: Because the BCD number is expressed in hexadecimal data, the corresponding pressure value should be monitored in hexadecimal. For example, when the data in the 200CH is &3000 (ie, 5V voltage input), the data D200 should be displayed in hexadecimal.
