13. Purchasing requirements:
(1) Each quotation must have the qualification of an independent legal person. When quoting, a copy of the business license must be provided with the official seal, and the original is for future reference.
(2) The quoting person who is a non-LED product manufacturer must be an agent authorized by the manufacturer of the reported LED product. The original certifying material of the agent must be provided when participating in the quotation.
(3) The LED product manufacturer quoted by each bidder must pass the ISO9001 quality management system certification. When participating in the quotation, the copy of the ISO9001 quality management system certification certificate issued by the LED product manufacturer must be provided with the official seal. The original is for future reference.
(4) All equipments are guaranteed free of charge for three years. When the equipment fails, the response time for the repair is 4 hours, and if it cannot be solved within 1 working day, the dealer should allocate the corresponding equipment within three working days. Replace the use to ensure proper operation.
(5) Payment method: After the goods have passed the installation test, 90% of the total contract price will be paid, and the balance will be paid as a guarantee within one year (without interest).
(6) The trader cannot complete the work on time (including the unqualified acceptance), and deduct the bid bond every five thousandths of the contract amount. After-sales service failed to meet the requirements, each time 10% of the warranty money was deducted.
(7) Each quotation must provide a technical plan for this project, and the technical plan form must be submitted together with the quotation form. If no technical solution is provided, it will be processed according to the invalid quotation form.
