4. Bidder qualification requirements
4.1 The bidder must have the independent legal person status of the People's Republic of China. The bidder of the group (or head office) must specify whether the group (or the head office) itself acts as the bidder or the subordinate company of the group (or the parent company) as the bidder. , The company registered capital of 5 million yuan and above;
4.2 The bidder must be a professional manufacturer with the corresponding production certificate and equipment material manufacturing experience of the purchased equipment;
4.3 The bidder must pass the quality management system certification;
4.4 Having been reviewed and approved by the relevant national authorities for manufacturing companies that have the capability and performance to design and manufacture corresponding tendering equipment;
4.5 Since 2012, there have been 100 sets of retractable differential pressure automatic coal powder extraction performance. (Requirements for performance certification materials: copies of contracts in the performance list that can clearly show the names and capacity of bidding projects, equipment names, specifications and models or major parameters, quantities, contract signing time and stamped signature pages, etc. Consistent with the original, the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the bidder);
4.6 is not in the state that it was ordered to suspend business, its qualifications were cancelled, assets were taken over, frozen, and bankruptcy;
4.7 Since 2013, there have been no fraudulent bids, serious breaches of contract, and major quality problems. The equipment supplied has not been subject to significant quality or safety liability accidents;
4.8 Do not accept bids from consortium and agents.
