I. Overview:
The wind cup and wind vane of the wind speed sensor are constructed from high-strength, weather-resistant engineering plastics, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. The sensor housing is made of ABS engineering plastic, with upper and lower shells sealed using rubber O-rings to enhance waterproofing and dust resistance. Inside, a built-in digital circuit provides strong protection against radio frequency interference, electromagnetic noise, and lightning surges. The internal circuitry is coated with three layers of anti-corrosion paint, making the entire unit highly adaptable to harsh environments. This wind speed sensor offers high precision, unlimited signal amplification, a wide voltage range, and excellent stability and reliability.

IV. Installation Notes:
- When installing the wind speed sensor, it should be mounted on a bracket at a height of 500–600 mm above the ground or deck level on a ship.
- The mounting flange below the sensor has a diameter of Φ65 mm, with four mounting holes of Φ6 mm. It is fixed using a flange mounting method.
V. Output Methods:
The sensor supports multiple output methods, including two-wire 4–20 mA current, 0–5 V, 0–10 V voltage signals, pulse output, RS485, ZIGBEE wireless, RF wireless, GPRS wireless, fiber optic, Ethernet, WiFi, relay control, and alarm signals.
