Xi'an will promote 1.42 million efficient lighting products by the end of March next year

Promoting efficient lighting products is an important measure to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction goals. The Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently released the implementation plan for promoting efficient lighting products in Shaanxi Province in 2012. According to the above plan, Xi'an will complete the promotion of 1.42 million efficient lighting products by the end of March next year.


In order to raise awareness of energy saving and emission reduction in the whole society, the state provides financial subsidies for the promotion of efficient lighting products. In 2012, the province's high-efficiency lighting product promotion task was 5 million, of which 1.42 million were Xi'an. The products included: 300,000 OSRAM low-power energy-saving lamps, 200,000 snow-cooled energy-saving lamps, and high-power energy-saving lamps. Ten thousand, Foshan lighting high-power energy-saving lamps 200,000, Dongguan, 100% direct energy-saving lamps 200,000, Zhongshan Oupu direct control of energy-saving lamps 150,000, Xiamen Donglin straight energy-saving lamps 220,000.


In accordance with relevant requirements, the above-mentioned promotion work should be undertaken by the promotion company itself in principle and it is forbidden to sell the promotion products through supermarkets and other market channels. The promotion of resident users is only for fixed residents such as streets, communities, or villages and towns, and may not be sold to migrants through plazas. The warranty period for product quality promised to resident users should be no less than two years. The “Government Subsidy, Green Project” logo must be printed uniformly on the outer packaging and ontology of the product. When a resident user purchases a promotion product, he is required to present a proof of resident identity (household register, ID card, etc.), and the number of purchases must not exceed 10, and the same identity certificate must not be repeated.
