Toshiba Introduces Drivers for LED Display and Lighting
The new TB62D612FTG supports the common anode LED control system with a 7-bit PWM gray controller and a 24-channel constant current driver. The constant current circuit is divided into three 8-channel blocks, and the current of each block can be individually set by an external resistor, which is very suitable for driving RGB-LED.
In addition, the address of the driver integrated circuit can be set through three ID terminals, each of which can control up to 64 integrated circuits. PWM grayscale and address selection are set by the address control interface, which simplifies wiring and saves board space. The product also uses circuits developed by Toshiba to counteract gas discharges and improve noise characteristics.
The positive active material is mainly made of nickel, and the negative active material is mainly an alkaline battery made of hydrogen storage alloy.Nickel-metal hydride (nimh) batteries are modified from nickel-cadmium (nicd) batteries, which offer higher capacitance, less obvious memory effects, and lower environmental pollution at the same price.The special charger can be used for quick charging in one hour. The self-discharge characteristic is better than nickel-cadmium battery, which can be retained for a longer time after charging and can be repeated for more than 500 times.

The user can view the operation parameters and working status through the touch screen.
