Huizhou Jianjia Cost Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “purchasing agencyâ€) is entrusted by Huizhou Public Utilities Administration (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaserâ€) to illuminate the lighting project in the eastern section of Shuikou Huanzhen Road (Purchasing Plan) The numbered project) is open for public bidding, and is now accepted by qualified domestic bidders to submit sealed bids. The bidder shall bid on all the tender contents of this procurement project, and it is not allowed to bid only part of the contents.

Each bidder must return the drawings in full within 3 working days after the bid opening, and the purchaser will return the drawings deposit of the unwinned person in full. The winning deposit of the winning bidder is not refundable.
