Zhongjin Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “tendering agency”) was entrusted by Hainan Economic and Trade Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as “tenderee”) to invite qualified bidders in China to purchase large outdoor LED display screens of Hainan Economic and Trade Vocational and Technical College. The equipment and related services required in the project (tender number: 0773-0941GNHN09291) will come to the bid.

1. The bidding method is open tendering. Brief technical requirements or the nature of the tendered project: see the Technical Specifications and Requirements section of the tender documents.

2. Qualified bidders

1) Compliance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law;

2) The bidder is a legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China with independent civil liability. The registered capital must reach RMB 5 million or more. The business license and organization code certificate are valid and passed the annual inspection. The tax registration certificate is valid. Qualified; bidders outside the province must have branches in Hainan Province;

3) The bidder must issue a product sales authorization certificate from the product manufacturer;

4) The product supplier has the ISO9001 quality management system certification (the certificate is valid);

5) This project does not accept consortium bids;

6) Register and record in the bidding company and obtain the bidding documents in accordance with the provisions of the bidding announcement.

3. Eligible bidders who are interested may apply to the 14E2 Jinmao Building, No. 26 Guomao North Road, Haikou City from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm (Beijing time) from January 5 to 11, 2010 (excluding holidays). Check or purchase the bidding documents. The bidding documents are priced at RMB 300 per set and will not be refunded after sale.
