II. Supplier Qualification Requirements
1. Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China."
2. Bidders must be legally registered enterprises within the territory of the People’s Republic of China, possessing valid business licenses, tax registration certificates, and organization code certificates (three licenses and one business license).
3. Suppliers must not have any major illegal records in their business operations and must provide a screenshot of the credit report from the “Credit China†website.
4. A notification letter from the local procuratorial office or the location of the project must be submitted, confirming that there are no records of bribery-related criminal activities for the company and its legal representative. This document must be issued after the release of the bidding notice.
5. The project does not accept bids from consortiums or joint ventures.
III. Registration and Purchase of Negotiation Documents
1. Document Sales Period: Interested bidders may purchase the negotiation documents from December 13th, 2017, to December 15th, 2017 (excluding statutory holidays), between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM daily.
2. The cost of the negotiation documents is 1,000 RMB, and no refunds will be issued once sold.
