Dehao Runda intends to provide subsidiaries with a guarantee of no more than RMB 5 billion

DeHao Runda reviewed and approved the twenty-fifth meeting of the fourth board of directors held on April 22, 2013. In 2013, the company intends to be a subsidiary of Westing Electric (Zhongshan) Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 100%). "Zhongshan Weisida"), Dalian Dehao Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dalian Dehao Optoelectronics"), Yangzhou Dehao Runda Photoelectric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yangzhou Dehao Runda"), Wuhu Dehao Run Da Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhu Dehao Runda"), Shenzhen Ruituo Display Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Ruituo"), holding 80% of its subsidiary, Dehaohao Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (below) Referred to as “Zhao Dehao Optoelectronics”, the guarantee is provided. The amount of this guarantee is not more than RMB 5,055.2 million.

The company intends to provide guarantee for Zhongshan Weida to apply for comprehensive credit line from the bank. The maximum guarantee amount does not exceed RMB 353 million. It is proposed to provide Dalian Dehao Optoelectronics with a guarantee for applying for comprehensive credit line from the bank. The maximum guarantee amount does not exceed RMB 1,699.5 million. It is proposed to provide guarantee for Yangzhou Dehao Runda to apply for comprehensive credit line from the bank. The maximum guarantee amount does not exceed RMB 300 million. It is proposed to provide guarantee for the bank to apply for comprehensive credit line for Wuhu Dehao Runda. The maximum guarantee amount does not exceed RMB 19.40. 100 million yuan; intends to provide guarantee for the application of comprehensive credit line to the bank for the company, the maximum guarantee amount does not exceed 300 million yuan; for Shenzhen Ruituo to apply for a comprehensive credit line to the bank to provide guarantee, the maximum guarantee amount does not exceed 460 million yuan .
