1. Bid: This project is divided into ten sections.
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 This tender requires bidders (1) to have independent legal personality except for the tenders; (2) Manufacturers with registered capital of not less than 10 million yuan or registered capital of not less than 3 million yuan Dealer (if the dealer participates in the bid, it must have the only authorization issued by the manufacturer for this project); (3) The manufacturer has at least one lamp supply contract of 8 million yuan and above and a 4 million yuan in January 2007 And above the lamp supply contract or the distributor has at least one lamp supply contract of 4 million yuan and above and a lamp supply contract of 2 million yuan and above since the month of 2007; (4) the same brand participates in the bidding The bidding entity must be consistent (the manufacturer and its distributors are not allowed to participate in the bidding at the same time with the same brand); and they have the corresponding supply capacity in terms of personnel, products and funds.
