3. Qualification requirements for all qualified bidders:
1) Bidders must be validly registered in China, have independent legal personality, and abide by our laws, regulations and regulations;
2) The bidder’s registered capital is 2 million yuan or equivalent in foreign currency;
3) The bidder must have a permanent service agency in Shanghai, with a large-scale sales and after-sales service support capability, and provide relevant certification materials;
4) The bidder has strong technical strength in the maintenance and performance optimization of the tendered cargo system, which can timely and fundamentally solve the problems affecting the system operation and provide corresponding technical solutions;
5) The Bidder shall have a contractual copy of the successful project of the product series that has been implemented since 2013 with similar system performance in the domestic large and medium-sized enterprises or institutions, and the system quality is satisfactory, the operation status is good, the service level is excellent, and Other certification materials);
6) If the bidder is an agent, he must have a letter of authorization for the project provided by the original manufacturer of the investment equipment, and have experience in product sales and maintenance.
7) The Bidder shall provide the Provider Qualification Declaration Document stating that within the last three years no breach of contract, violation of the law, or violation of business ethics has resulted in the termination of the contract or legal failure.
