Jianghan University Gymnasium Landscape Project Tender Notice
Wuhan Hengyi Tendering Agency Co., Ltd. was commissioned by Jianghan University to conduct public bidding for the landscape project of Jianghan University Gymnasium. A qualified bidder is invited to bid.

Third, the bidder qualifications, qualification requirements:
1. Registered in China and has independent legal personality.
2. Qualifications of urban landscape greening enterprises issued by the construction administrative department at or above the level of (including).
3. The project manager proposed by the bidder must have a project manager certificate issued by the construction administrative department at or above the level of (including).
4. At least two similar achievements in the past two years, and can provide supporting documents.
5. In the three years prior to participating in the bidding activities of this project, no major quality or safety accidents occurred in the business activities.
4. Bidding matters:
1. The issuance of bidding documents: Wuhan Hengyi Tendering Agency Co., Ltd. will issue bidding documents from 9:00 to 17:00 on April 19, 2007 (excluding holidays) at Beijing time (the same below). The price is RMB 300 / bid, and will not be refunded after sale. If you purchase the bidding documents, you must bring the original qualification documents (including: copy of business license, tax registration certificate, agency code certificate, landscaping certificate, project manager certificate, performance certificate, etc.) and a copy of the official seal to prequalify. The bidding documents can only be obtained after the prequalification is passed.
2. Bid opening time: On May 10, 2007, at 9:00 am (Beijing time), the bidding deadline and opening of the bid. Late submissions or non-conforming tender documents will not be accepted.

3. This project has entered the government procurement process. If there is any doubt, please question Jianghan University and Wuhan Hengyi Tendering Agency Co., Ltd.
