Electronic platform meter and sensor connection method

Meters and sensors are the main components of the electronic scale. The method of connecting the electronic platform meter to the sensor:

1. The signal cable of the electronic weighbridge load cell cannot be arranged in parallel with the strong power supply line or control line. If necessary, they should be kept at a certain distance and shielded with signal wires.

2. For the four-wire load cell, since the signal cable and the load cell body are accurately temperature compensated together, the length should not be lengthened and shortened during use.

3. If the load cell signal cable is long and high measurement accuracy is to be ensured, a cable compensation circuit with a relay amplifier should be considered.
