The Beiqi Zhuzhou CCR project is a key project of the Beijing Automotive Zhuzhou Branch in 2013. With the rapid development of the Zhuzhou branch and the rapid increase in production capacity, it has advanced the production monitoring, security monitoring, equipment monitoring, key station monitoring and information transmission. In response to the request, our company has built a comprehensive and advanced central monitoring system and installed surveillance camera equipment covering the entire plant, including the production site and major intersections within the company's scope, and timely discovered production site equipment and safety through the monitoring center. Hidden danger can trace the cause of the hidden trouble. The scope of the project covers Zhuzhou Branch's bodywork, painting plant, assembly plant, engine plant, gates, key junctions, canteens, and quality centers. The functional modules mainly include video surveillance subsystems (network cameras) and network transmission subsystems (fiber optics). And switch), storage subsystem (disk array), monitoring center subsystem (CCR room) and system integration subsystem (MES integration).

The project was formally launched on May 30. The Central Control Room was completed on June 20th. All hardware installation and software debugging were completed on September 25th and formally went online. The main completion of the project is as follows:

1. In June 2012, in conjunction with the construction of a factory in Zhuzhou Branch and the opening ceremony of the Second Factory, the hardware construction and system commissioning of the central monitoring room of the assembly center was completed within one month after the start of the project. Highly recognized and praised;

2. In July 2012, the organization completed the investigation and confirmation of camera deployment requirements to form a final requirements specification;

3. In August 2012, the network and power cords of all monitoring sites on the site were completed, and more than 20,000 meters of bridges/pipelines etc. were accumulated, nearly 40,000 meters of cables for all types of cables, optical fibers, network cables, etc., and 270 monitor guns were installed. And completed the installation and deployment of servers, disk arrays, and back-end systems;

4. In September 2012, all hardware installation and software deployment of the system was completed, and key users of each department were trained in system installation and use. The CCR system was officially completed and put into use.

At present, the CCR system has all been put into use. Follow-up will be based on the construction of the plant to install and deploy the corresponding area of ​​the camera, to achieve full coverage of plant monitoring. Through the implementation of this system, Beihai Zhuzhou Branch has brought the following direct or indirect benefits:

1. Through the CCR monitoring function, it shortens the equipment fault discovery time and effectively reduces the troubleshooting time. Can make production management more flexible and more comprehensive control.

2. Through the implementation of CCR, it is possible to monitor the safety of the plant area more comprehensively and achieve replay afterwards. The network can be used to directly check the designated area in the office of the manager.

3, through the CCR camera and MES system linkage, can make the alarm information more intuitive, improve the response and processing efficiency of on-site problems, reduce the stop time.

4. Through CCR's video wall display, the production management department, machinery and equipment management department and relevant leaders can visually see the relevant content and make it easier to understand the status of the production site.

5. Through the system platform, voice communication is carried out between the central monitoring room and the monitoring rooms of each branch, and production notifications will be issued and delivered in a timely manner.

In addition, Beiqi Zhuzhou Branch has already implemented two MES systems and is responsible for the development and operation and maintenance of our company. The MES system has effectively managed Zhuzhou Branch’s production, equipment, and logistics. In order to realize the greater use of the CCR system and MES system, The role of easy to carry out bold technical innovation to the information project team, the CCR system through the technical means and MES system for deep integration, through the MES system to obtain production, equipment and logistics data, to achieve seamless integration with video surveillance, when production, equipment When there is a problem with logistics, the monitoring center can discover the failure information at the first time, call the on-site video information to understand the situation on the site, and notify relevant personnel to handle the problem. The time from discovery of the failure to reporting is shortened, and the overall work efficiency is improved.
