Parallel white LED driver is a new product series launched by Shengbang. SGM3110 is the first product in the series. Its input voltage range is 2.7~5.0V, output voltage is 5V, quiescent current is 60μA, shutdown current For 0.2μA, the output voltage ripple is 15mVp-p, the efficiency is 91%, the switching frequency is 750kHz, the SHDN high level is 1.4V, the SHDN low level is 0.4V, and the Vout startup time is 0.3ms. Can be widely used in mobile phones, digital cameras, handheld electronic devices, LED backlight drivers, digital camera flash drives, portable communication devices, MP3, GPS receivers, PDA and many other fields.
SGM3157 is a high-speed single-channel single-pole double-throw analog switch newly introduced by Shengbang in 2007. Its operating voltage range is 1.8~5.5V, the supply current is 5μA, the on-resistance is 4.5Ω, the bandwidth is 300MHz, logic control The high level is 1V, the logic control low level is 0.5V, the turn-on time is 20ns, and the turn-off time is 15ns. Can be widely used in portable devices, battery-powered devices, computer peripherals, mobile phones, PDAs, MP3 and other fields.
SGM2005 is a new RF low-dropout linear regulator introduced by Shengbang in this year. Its input voltage is 2.5~5.5V, and it has a variety of fixed output voltages: 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V and 3.3V. . The output voltage noise is typically 30μVRMS, with a quiescent current of 77μA at zero load and 150μA at 150mA output. Can be applied to mobile phones, cordless phones, PHS phones, PCMCIA cards, modems, MP3, handheld devices, handheld computers, electronic planners, handheld battery-powered devices and other fields.
The SGM9117 is a new three-channel video driver from Shengbang this year. It has a power supply voltage of 2.5~5.5V, a fixed gain of 6dB, a bandwidth of 200MHz, a slew rate of 300V/μs and a quiescent current of 27.5mA. Can be widely used in video amplifiers, cable drives, satellite set-top boxes, communication systems, handheld devices, PVR (personal video recorders), DVD players, HDTVs and projectors.
